8.1 WINDOWS

8.1.1 Windows shall be aluminum horizontal sliders, double-glazed with screens conforming to AAMA specifications.

8.1.2 2"x2", 14 gauge framing angle shall be provided to sub frame window jambs, header and sill.

8.1.3 26 gauge "Galvalume" or pre-painted trim shall be provided to conceal panel edges around window openings.

8.2 PERSONNEL DOORS

8.2.1 Personnel doors shall be self-framing 3070, 4070, 6070 x 1 3/4", 20 gauge galvanized steel as manufactured by Ceco Door Corporation or equal. Doorframes shall be 16 gauge with mitered corners. Doors shall be shipped complete with threshold, hinges, and lock set.

8.2.2 26 gauge "Galvalume" or pre-painted trim shall be provided to conceal panel edges around personnel door openings.

8.3 OVERHEAD DOORS

8.3.1 24 gauge, commercial quality, insulated and non-insulated, pre-painted doors.

8.3.2 Overhead support framing shall be designed to resist applicable wind loads and shall consist of channel jambs with a structural header.

8.3.3 26 gauge "Galvalume" or pre-painted trim shall be provided to conceal panel edges around overhead door openings.

8.4 GRAVITY RIDGE VENTILATORS

8.4.1. Gravity Ridge Ventilators shall be "Galvalume" or pre-painted and shall have 9" or 12" throat by 10' long.

8.5 LOUVERS

8.5.1 Louver frames shall be fabricated from a minimum 18 gauge "Galvalume" or pre-painted steel, with 20 gauge blades. They shall have adjustable or fixed blades as requested.

8.5.2 2"x2" framing angle shall be provided to sub frame louver header, jambs and sill.

8.5.3 26 "Galvalume" or pre-painted trim shall be provided to conceal panel edges around louver openings.

8.6 SKYLIGHTS

8.6.1 Skylights shall be reinforced translucent panels with a minimum of 8 oz. psf high strength glass fiber. Skylight profile shall match the profile of the specified roof and wall panels.
