ATY Steel Buildings holds its customers in the highest regard. Review the following policies regarding personal information and customer privacy followed by a detailed explanation of how we do business, what information we need, and how we handle that information.

• ATY Steel does not release its customer information
• ATY's site does not use cookies to get information about those who visit our site. However, our pricing system does use cookies so that we can collect all of the necessary information about our customers. To utilize our online pricing system, you must enable the use of cookies in your browser.
• ATY Steel will never send unsolicited e-mail. Our mailing lists only include those who agreed to be on it, and they can remove themselves at any time
• ATY Steel may request a valid email address and phone number from those customers who make an order or request quotes

General Privacy Statement
ATY Steel will not release information about our customers to anyone, unless the information is necessary in processing an order.

User Information
Those who wish to price buildings online need not send us any information except for the location of the building. However, those who wish to make an on-line purchase may be required to submit personal information such as names, e-mail , and other information relevant to billing and shipping.

Email Addresses
Those who submit email addresses in making a payment online may receive mail from ATY Steel with regards to their purchase. This does not necessarily register your e-mail account for use in further advertising.

Email
ATY Steel does not send unsolicited email. No names or addresses are ever released to any other companies. Anyone who receives email from ATY Steel does so with regards to a question, comment, pricing quote, or order.

Spam and Third-Party Promotions
ATY Steel does not receive any outside list of email addresses to be used in advertising, nor sell advertising space to other companies on our site. We do not include third-party promotions in our email, nor display banners, pop-ups, or other advertisements on our site. If any advertisements appear during a session on our site, they are appearing because of some outside source, and may be the result of cookies or spyware in the user's system.

Orders and User Information
ATY Steel may discuss information pertaining to orders through email or telephone. Therefore we require a valid email address and phone number where buyers can be reached during the day.

Cookies
To best serve our customers, ATY's online ordering service must be able to identify and notice the choices made by users as they purchase online. In doing so, we create a small file on the user's computer called a cookie. The only reason for such a file is to allow ease of access into our payment system. It does not record or transfer any of the customer's personal information, nor track the users progress after leaving the site.
